Stock Item Notes

Adding a Note to a Stock Item

To add notes and attachments (e.g., photos) to a stock item:

1. Search for and view the stock item.
2. Tap the icon.
3. Tap Add Notes and Attachments.
4. Enter your notes.
5. To attach photos:

• Tap the camera icon.
• Tap the type of photo you want to attach.
• To attach a new photo, tap Camera. To attach an existing photo, tap Photos.

6. Tap the checkmark to save your notes and photos.

Deleting a Note from a Stock Item

To delete a note from a stock item:

1. Search for and view the stock item.
2. Tap the icon.
3. Tap the note you'd like to delete.
4. Tap the icon.
