To correct the details of an inventory dispatch:

1. Search for the dispatch.
2. Click the dispatch.
3. Click View/Edit Stock.
4. From the Stock Item Overview window, select the History tab.
5. Click View beside the stock item.
6. Click Correct.

7. Correct the dispatch details. If you’re correcting the Dispatch To details, click Reset; this allows you to search for a party in your address book, or add a new party.
8. Enter a reason for the correction.
9. Click Save. Don’t click Now + Save as this may update the dispatch date.

The Bill of Lading Declaration window displays with the corrected details.
