Be sure that all work orders have been completed prior to entering stock intake into vintrace so that your counts are accurate.

Printing a Stock Count Sheet

You can print a hardcopy of the Stock Count Sheet for the items that you're taking a physical inventory.

To print the Stock Count Sheet:

1. Click  Inventory from the sidebar.
2. From the Stock Search window, search for the item.
3. From the Reports menu located at the bottom of the window, select Physical Inventory (Enhanced).

The Stock Count Sheet displays. You can print the Stock Count Sheet to record your inventory.

Entering Stock Count Adjustments

After you’ve taken inventory, you can adjust your stock counts by doing the following:

1. Click  Inventory from the sidebar.
2. From the Stock Search window, search for the item.
3. Click Enter Physical Inventory.

4. Enter the physical counts in the Actual field of the Action Adjustment window. If you don’t want to adjust the count for an item, click the  beside it. The default Reason for each item will be set to Stocktake, but you can change this if you’d like.

5. Click Save. The stock levels will be adjusted using the date in the Action Adjustment window.
