When you’re using the scanner in offline mode, you’ll have two options to save a job: Ready to Sync, and Suspend.

Suspending a job saves the information you’ve added to the scanner. Suspended jobs will have a RES (resume) state in the worklist.

When you’re ready to resume the job, you can select the job on the scanner, or scan the job’s work number.

You can also resume pending jobs if you need to make last-minute changes.
