If you’ve linked vintrace to QuickBooks and your billing items are taxable, you’ll need to link the tax rate to QuickBooks.
To link your tax rates in vintrace to the tax rate in QuickBooks, you’ll need to set the tax rate’s Linked Tax Rate ID to the tax rate you have set up in QuickBooks.
When you set up a sales price list, be sure that its Default Tax Rate is set to the tax rate that’s linked to QuickBooks. Sales orders using that price list will be linked to the appropriate tax rate in QuickBooks.
