Tags are words that let you classify and find your wines. They can be used to track wine properties, or for administrative purposes. Tags can be used in the cellar to track wines based on taste. Tags that have been added to a wine display at the top of its Product page.

Adding a Tag

To add a tag from the mobile app:

1. From the wine’s Product screen, tap Add Tag. If tags are already assigned to the wine, tap +. 

2. Enter the tag. As you enter a tag, vintrace searches the existing tags.
3. If the tag already exists, you can select it. Otherwise, click Add as New Tag.

You can also add tags to a wine from the vintrace web application. 

Searching for Wines Using a Tag

You can search for wines that use that tag by entering the tag in the main screen.

Removing a Tag from a Wine

You can remove an existing tag from a wine by clicking the X beside the tag.
