The ability to add products is only available to users with the Can add / edit allocation products permission.

To start tracking allocations, you’ll need to create a new product. Next, you'll need to specify the product's demand per vintage and supply.

Adding a Product

To create a product:

1. Select  Products from the sidebar.

You can also create a product by selecting More Options from the sidebar, then clicking Manage Products from the Products tile.

2. From the Products page, click the add icon. The New Product window displays.

3. Enter the following details for the product:

• Product name
• Vintage
• Owner
• Winery (if relevant)
• Brand (if enabled)

4. Click Save. The product you created displays in the Products page. You can now specify the product's demand.

Specifying a Product's Demand

1. From the Products page, click the product.
2. Select the Stock Allocation tab.
3. Click the  add icon to add the demand for the product. A new line displays in the Stock Allocations table.
4. Specify the customer for the product.
5. Enter the demand in the Allocation Gal column.

The Summary adjusts to reflect the demand.
