Be sure to complete the configuration steps for a Distilled Spirits Plant (DSP) before starting this workflow.
To remove aromas from a wine, record a one-to-many transfer to remove the aromas. When recording the transfer:
- Use a product treatment to remove the aromas.
- Select a source vessel in the Production account for the Wine (Column l) tax class.
- Select an empty destination vessel in the production account.
