An overview of our latest features and improvements on vintrace web. Additional information can be found by viewing each release.

September 2024

Allocations Enhancements: Multiple new features have been added to the Products module of vintrace. These include: 

• Separate filters for 'Product owner' and 'Wine owner' 
• An additional row on the allocations matrix to show the 'Produced' value 
• Added the ability to search within the 'Product allocations' filter on the allocations matrix by using a wildcard search 
• Updated the product allocation importer to support importing using item codes 
•  

Additional Improvements

• Added an additional field to the Fruit Intake API for an external weigh tag 
• Added the vessel forecasting functionality to the multi topping operation
• Improved the vessel forecasting functionality on the transfer/racking/blending operation for full transfers
• Addressed a performance issue when showing full history for historic wines
• Replaced 'Fruit Intake Number' with 'Booking Number' in multiple places

Allocations Enhancements: Multiple new features have been added to the Products module of vintrace. These include: 

• The ability to change the status of a product to 'archived'
• Updated the Allocations Matrix and Products page to include the ability to use multiple filters and then 'search'
• Added an extra column to a product's history to link to the relevant job
• Updated the allocations export file with additional columns to reflect the matrix
• Updated the permission required for the allocations export file
• Added an additional field to a product for 'Reference'
•  

Additional Improvements

• Fixed some inconsistencies with the heart icon
• Updated the heading on the stock allocation table from 'Sales sub AVA' to 'Sales Region'

• Vessel forecasting functionality: This feature has been added to the Bin Transfer operation. We have also added the ability to set this as a system and winery setting. 

Additional Improvements

• Updated the allocations importer to accept all vessel/batch values regardless of if they are shown in the allocations matrix
• Fixed an issue with small and negative volumes on product allocations
• Fixed an issue that affected metric filters on the vessels page 
• Fixed a rounding issue when moving additives
• Fixed an issue on the allocations matrix to filter out allocations updated to '0'

Batch Summary by Production/Crush Location

• New sections for 'Crushed at' and 'Produced at' have been added to the Wine Status Report
• A new tab has been added to the bulk wine overview page to view where a wine was crushed and declared

• Updated printed work orders for additive and measurement operations to include the entered pre and post dips and volumes
• Fixed an issue with auto-codes in Spanish 
• Updated the upper limit for 'Max precision' values when creating an additive
• Fixed an issue with vessel forecasting on transfer operation

Contract Management (Beta) Module

• Added the ability to process payments for sales orders
• Added the ability to approve or reject rule adjustments for a contracted fruit
• Viewing dockets for fruit intakes 
• Contract remittances can now be emailed to growers
• Processing the next payment can now be done from the grower contracts landing page 
• Added an Instalment Details report for grower contracts
• Instalments for 'month after fruit received' now have a forecasted payment value
• Updated the vintage filter to only include active fruit records
• Updated the ability to deactivate contracts to only apply to contracts where fruit has not been received and no payments have been made
• Fixed an issue with the contract counts on the landing page 
• Fixed an issue with where fruit contracted by area was treated as a weight

• Vessel forecasting report: A new vessel forecasting report that details the operations that resulted in a vessel's forecasted batch and volume

Additional Improvements

• Performance improvements for the products API
• We fixed an issue that caused a trial blend's batch to be overwritten whenever the Trial Blend form was opened 
• We fixed an issue that prevented a fruit intake's intended use from being properly saved and restored

Additional Improvements

• We added new submitted dip tags for additive, multi-addition, bulk intake, and bulk dispatch operations
• We fixed an issue where the Date field wasn't set when adding a new job to a work order
