Archiving a Product

This functionality is available starting with vintrace 9.20.1.

The ability to archive products is only available to users with the Can Adjust Allocation Product Status permission.

You can archive a product from the list on the Product Allocations page, or while viewing a specific product.

Archiving a Product While Viewing a Product

1. Click products in the sidebar.
2. Click the product name.
   
   
   Please note that a product can only be archived when the Demand, In production and Produced fields have no value. 
3. From the Status tile, click the pencil icon.

The Edit Product Status window displays. 

4. From the Status list, select Archived. 

5. Click Save. Product has now been archived. 

Archiving a Product from the Product Allocations Page

To archive a product from the list on the Product Allocations page:

1. Click products in the sidebar.
2. Click the to the right of the product.

3. Select Change Status.

The Edit Product Status window displays. 

4. From the Status list, select Archived. 

5. Click Save.
