Depending on whether you’re dispatching bulk wine or dispatching cased goods, you may want different sections and layouts in the Bill of Lading. For example, you may want to show or hide addition information, composition, or analysis, or display each item on its own page.
BOL templates enable you to specify the options that you want to include such as:
- Addition information
- Composition
- Analysis
- Whether to display each item on its own page
How to find BOL Declaration Window
To find the BOL Declaration Window:
- Navigate to the vessel or batch detail page and click into your batch
- Click the reports icon in the top right and select Bill of Lading
- Now you can access the BOL Declaration Window and create BOL or BOL templates
Saving a BOL Template
To save a BOL as a template:
- From the Bill of Lading Declaration window, select the metric options, additive options, and layout options you want to use.
- In the Save As field, enter a name for the BOL template.
- Click Save.
You can assign a winery specific prefix to your bills of lading.
Using a BOL Template
To use a BOL template, select the template from the Select Bill of Lading Template list.
