Viewing a Customer's Sales History

There are several ways to view a customer’s sales history in vintrace:

• From the address book
• From a sales order
• From the Sales Report

From the Address Book

To view a customer’s sales history from the address book:

1. Click  More Options in the sidebar.
2. From the Address Book tile, click Open Address Book.
3. Click Advanced beside the customer.
4. Click Account Summary.

The Accounts window displays the customer’s sales history.

From a Sales Order

To view a customer’s sales history from a sales order:

1. Click  More Options in the sidebar.
2. From the Sales tile, click Manage Purchase Orders.
3. Search for the sales order.
4. Select the sales order.
5. Click Account Summary.

The Accounts window displays the customer’s sales history.

Using the Sales Report

To view a customer’s sales history from the Sales Report:

1. Click  Reports in the sidebar.
2. Select Sales. The Sales Report displays.

3. From the Customer field, search for and select the customer.

4. Specify any other filters you’d like to use for the report.
5. Click Generate. A PDF of the customer’s sales history displays.
