Be sure to complete the configuration steps for a Distilled Spirits Plant (DSP) before starting this workflow.
To move spirits produced as part of the dealcoholization process from a DSP bond to a bonded winery, you’ll need to record a bulk dispatch from the DSP winery. When recording the bulk dispatch operation:
- The dispatch type should be linked to Transferred to Bonded Winery
The receiving winery will need to record a bulk intake into a Part III tax class for spirits.
