Adding Notes and Attachments to Work Orders on the Mobile App

You can add a note or attachment to any step of a job.

To add notes and attachments to a work order:

1. From the main screen, tap Work Orders.

2. Tap the work order that you want to add a note or attachment to.

3. Tap the paperclip icon. 

4. Enter your note in the field.
5. To attach an image, tap the camera icon, select the type of attachment, then take a photo.

6. Tap the checkmark icon to save your note and attachment.
