Searching for and Completing Adjustment and Movement Jobs on Stock Items on the Mobile App

You can use the mobile app to scan or search for your stock items. This makes it easy for you to view a stock item’s information, and complete inventory jobs such as adjustments or moves.

Searching for Stock Items

You can use the mobile app to search for your stock items. From the mobile app’s main screen, enter the stock item’s code or name.

The search results display an icon beside each item to indicate its type.

Viewing a Stock Item

After searching for a stock item, you can view its details by tapping it. The stock item’s code, description, and owner display at the top along with the amounts on hand, committed, on order or in production.

Below this information are tabs that display the stock item’s summary, location, notes, history, item components, and product details. 

• Summary — The stock item’s unit, stock category, stock type, and item-specific details.
• Locations — The locations where the stock item is being stored.
• Notes — Notes and attachments associated with the stock item.  
• History — Operations performed on the stock item.
• Components — The list of raw stock components that the stock item is made up of. 

• Details — Lab results, composition details, additives, and allergens of the last bottled wine.

You may have to swipe horizontally to view additional lab results.

Completing an Adjustment Job

You can use the mobile app to adjust a stock item’s number on-hand. To complete an adjustment job for a stock item:

1. Search for or scan the stock item.
2. View the stock item's details.
3. Do one of the following:

• Tap the + in the upper right, then tap Adjustment.

• On the Locations tab, tap on , then tap Adjustment for one of the stock distributions.

3. In the Actual field, enter the number then tap OK.
4. Search for and select a Reason.
5. If you need to add another distribution, tap the barcode icon to scan the location's barcode, or tap Another Distribution. 

6. Tap Submit.

Completing a Move Job for a Non-Lot-Tracked Stock Item

You can use the mobile app to change the location of stock items.

If you track the lots of a stock item, refer to the Completing a Move Job for a Lot-Tracked Stock Item section.

To complete a move job for a stock item that doesn’t have its lot tracked:

1. Scan or search for the stock item.
2. View the stock item’s details.
3. Do one of the following:

• Tap the + in the upper right, then tap Move.

• On the Locations tab, tap on , then tap Move for one of the stock distributions.

4. To move all the items, tap the checkbox. To move a partial amount, tap ALL, enter the amount that you want to move, then tap OK.
5. Select the location that you want to move the items to by scanning the storage area’s QR code.

You can also tap Next to select the storage area.

6. Enter the number to move in the Amount field for each area.
7. Tap Review
8. Tap Submit to save the Move job.

Completing a Move Job for a Lot-Tracked Stock Item

If you track the lot for a stock item, do the following to complete a move job for the item:

1. Scan or search for the stock item.
2. View the stock item’s details.
3. Tap the + in the upper right, then tap Move.
4. To move all the items, tap the checkbox. To move a partial amount, tap ALL, enter the amount that you want to move, then tap OK.
5. Select the location that you want to move the items to by scanning the storage area’s QR code. You can also tap Next to select the storage area. The details for the selected lots display.

You can specify another location by tapping Another Location, or by scanning the location’s QR code.

6. Tap the pencil icon beside the Lot Details to specify a different amount.
7. Tap Review
8. Tap Submit to save the Move job.
