You can view the details of your license and request changes to your subscription from within vintrace.
Viewing Your Subscription’s Details
To view your subscription’s details:
- Click More Options in the sidebar.
- From the Tools tile, click About My License. The Current Licence Details window displays.
Requesting Subscription Changes
If you want to request additional users, or access to other modules and features, you’ll need to request a quote for subscription change.
To request new logins for system users, AP02s, or owners, contact support@vintrace.com for a quote. If you’ve de-activated a system user, owner, or AP02 account and didn’t request for their license to be removed, you may be able to re-use that license for a different system user, owner, or AP02 account without any additional charges.
To request a change to your subscription:
- View your subscription’s details.
- Click the link to request changes to your subscription.
The Request a Change to Your Subscription window displays.
- Specify the number of licenses or select the modules that you want to request.
- Enter any additional comments.
- Confirm your contact information.
- Click OK.
Your request will be sent to our sales and accounts team who will provide you with a quote.
