Dispatching Vessels as Part of a Bulk Wine Dispatch

The Bulk Dispatch operation lets you dispatch a vessel along with bulk wine to prevent it from further use.

To dispatch vessels as part of a bulk wine dispatch:

1. Click the Operations icon.
2. From the General section, click Bulk Dispatch.

3. In the Bulk Dispatch window, select the vessels/batch.
4. Click Dips/Options.

5. Select the Tank/Barrel Dispatched checkbox.

6. Click OK.
7. Click Save.

If the wine is dispatched in barrels, there will be an option to list the individual barrels in the Bill of Lading (BOL). Each barrel group displays on a separate page of the BOL. The barrel count for each barrel group is included in the header. The barrels that were moved from the barrel group are listed along with the volume that was removed.
