Recording a Bulk Wine Dispatch

If you’re sending bulk wine from your winery and no longer need to track the wine in vintrace, you can remove it by recording a bulk wine dispatch.

You can access the Bulk Wine Dispatch operation by clicking the Operations icon, then selecting Bulk Dispatch from the following:

• The Vessels page
• The Job Management page

You can also add a Bulk Dispatch job to a work order.

To dispatch multiple wines, click Add Line, then enter the vessel/batch and volumes.

Once the dispatch is saved, a Bill of Lading prints with the dispatch’s details. This can be sent to the winery receiving the product.

Dispatching the Vessel with Wine

If the wine is leaving in the vessels that it’s in (i.e., the barrels are also being dispatched), you can record the dispatch of the vessel by doing the following from the Bulk Dispatch window:

1. Click Dips/Options.
2. Select the Tank/Barrel Dispatched checkbox.

3. Click OK.
