Correcting Received Fruit After It's Processed

The details for fruit that you’ve received and processed can be corrected. This includes correcting the weight, fruit source, or truck and delivery details.

1. Use vintrace’s Quick Search.
2. From the wine’s Product page, select the Jobs tab.
3. Click the  beside the intake delivery job and select View. 

The Intake Delivery window displays.

4. Click Correct.

5. Edit the intake details as needed. For example, you could specify the micro AVA.

6. Click OK.
7. In the Reason for Correction field, enter the reason for the change.
8. Click Save.
