Searching for a Dispatch

To search for a dispatch:

1. Click More Options in the sidebar.
2. From the Tools tile, click Dispatch Search.
3. Specify the search filters. If you know the dispatch number, clear the From and To dates by clicking the , then enter the dispatch number in the BOL# field.

To include reversed dispatches in the search results, select the Show Reversed checkbox.

4. Click Search.

Reversed Dispatches

If you’ve selected the Show Reversed checkbox when you search for dispatches, reversed dispatches that meet your filters will be included in the results.

Reversed operations display with a strikethrough across the text. Reversed bulk dispatch operations display the wine’s details in the row. Reversed stock dispatch operations display the stock item’s details in the row.

When you click on a reversed operation in the Dispatch Search window, the available buttons will depend on the operation.
