Bottling and Inventory Reports

The following bottling and inventory reports are available in vintrace:

• Bulk Stock Receipt Report — The Bulk Stock Receipt Report shows all bulk intakes for the specified date range.
• Inventory Stock Report — The Inventory Stock Report details your stock as of the specified date.
• Inventory Summary Report — The Inventory Summary Report shows a summary of the selected stock category during the specified date range.
• Packaged/Manufactured Stock Report — The Packaged/Manufactured Stock Report shows all packaging, bottling, and manufacturing operations during the specified date range.
• Stock Dispatch Report — The Stock Dispatch Report shows the dispatch history for your stock during the specified date range.
• Stock Movement Report — The Stock Movement Report shows all stock that moved between locations during the specified date range.
• Stock Receipt Report — The Stock Receipt report shows all inventory that you’ve received during the specified date range.

Accessing the Reports

To access these reports:

1. Click Reports in the sidebar.
2. Click Inventory.

The reports are displayed in the following order:

• Inventory Stock Report
• Stock Receipt Report
• Bulk Stock Receipt Report
• Stock Dispatch Report
• Packaged/Manufactured Stock Report
• Stock Movement Report
• Inventory Summary Report
