Printing QR Codes for Storage Areas and Bays

You can print QR codes that you can use to label storage areas and bays in your winery. A sample QR code is shown below.

You can scan the QR code from the vintrace app to select the storage area or bay on the Move and Adjustment jobs.

Print QR codes for storage areas

1. Click  Set up in the sidebar. The Set up page displays. 
2. Click Locations.
3. From the Storage areas tile, click Configure.
4. Select the storage areas that you want to generate a QR code for.

5. Click Print QR Codes. The Print QR Codes window displays.

6. From the Print Preset list, select Areas only.
7. Enter a number in the Copies field.
8. From the Label Type list, select the label size.
9. Click Download.

Print QR codes for storage areas and bays

1. Click  Set up in the sidebar. The Set up page displays. 
2. Click Locations.
3. From the Storage areas tile, click Configure.
4. Select the storage areas that you want to generate a QR code for.
5. Click Print QR Codes. The Print QR Codes window displays.

6. Enter a number in the Copies field.
7. From the Label Type list, select the label size.
8. Next enter Bays as a comma separated list and press Enter.
9. Click Download.
