New Features 

• Introduced a brand new way to handle product allocations, a new tab on the wine batch overview page to allocate directly from a vessel*
  • * This feature is available to selected pilot clients only
• Grower Contract Management (Beta) Module*:
  • The main Contract Management page is now filtered by the current vintage by default
  • Allow levies to be added and removed from individual contracts
  • Calculate and deduct the levy values when processing a grower payment
  • A messages is now shown when an invalid contract has been selected to create a remittance report
  • * This module is available to selected pilot clients only

Performance Improvements

• Fixed an error occurring when saving Multi topping, Transfer/Rack/Blend, Multi transfer (one-to-many) and Multi transfer (many-to-one) operations

Additional Improvements

• Updated the scale certification version number to NTEP CC: 23-058A1
• Fixed an issue where the Activity Summary Report did not exclude reversed transactions
• Fixed an issue where batches were taking on the wrong analyses when an analysis operation was backdated for the source vessel's wine prior to the blend
• Fixed an issue when creating an Analysis Work Order from the Vessels page > Actions > Work order > Analysis doesn't use the Metric order from the Analysis Template

Improvements

• Fixed an issue where self topping and intra blend operations could sometimes not be completed

• Fixed an issue where the 'more options' menu in the Product Allocation page did not open

• Fixed an issue where the Volume and Capacity were not displayed for a Vessel when completing a Bulk Dispatch operation

• Fixed the Dosage workflow (adding High Fructose Corn Syrup to spirits) so that the tax event is set to “Spirit preparation of Dosages or Essences”

Performance Improvements

• Improved the performance of the following transfer operations when a high number of additives are involved:
  • Multi topping
  • Multi transfer (many-to-one)
  • Multi transfer (one-to-many)
  • Bulk dispatch (inter-winery)
  • Transfer/Rack/Blend
  • Transfer to barrel group

Additional Improvements

• Fixed an issue with the Bulk Cost Movement by Posted Date report where some Cost Delta volumes showed as positive instead of negative
• Fixed an issue where some Bulk Cost Summary report volume columns were incorrect for Change Batch operations
• Fixed an issue where the bulk dip chart import wizard did not load multiple dip charts from a csv

Allocations Enhancements: Multiple new features have been added to the Products module of vintrace. These include: 

• The ability to change the status of a product to 'archived'
• Updated the Allocations Matrix and Products page to include the ability to use multiple filters and then 'search'
• Added an extra column to a product's history to link to the relevant job
• Updated the allocations export file with additional columns to reflect the matrix
• Updated the permission required for the allocations export file
• Added an additional field to a product for 'Reference'

Additional Improvements

• Fixed some inconsistencies with the heart icon
• Updated the heading on the stock allocation table from 'Sales sub AVA' to 'Sales Region'
