Improvements & Bug fixes
-
Analysis Template defaults
Analysis template defaults for Fruit Intake and recording Ferment data can now be set at System, Winery and User level. Previously only a System (global) level setting was possible.
A Fruit Maturity Sampling default can now be set at System and Winery level. Previously only a System (global) level setting was possible.
-
These Analysis Template defaults can now be accessed through Set up > General > Defaults.
NOTE: If you had existing defaults set in your database, they have now been migrated to the System level default. This mirrors existing behaviour and no action is needed to continue with business as usual.
-
Weighmaster default settings / Docket numbering
-
The existing ‘Weighmaster’ and ‘Require weighmaster’ settings in Set up > General > Defaults have been moved into a pop up screen accessed via a Weighmaster ‘Update’ button
-
If Weigh Certificates (aka ‘Dockets' or ‘Weigh tags’) have a numbering prefix this can also be set here, rather than on the 'Winery’ record.
Note: If you have an existing Winery prefix this has been set as the docket prefix and no action is needed to continue with business as usual.
The docket numbering may also now be manually set by local vintrace administrators to line up with previously used 3rd party system numbers for seamless transition.
